- Contribute by asking thoughtful questions, sharing insights, and helping others.
- Avoid irrelevant posts, spam, or excessive self-promotion.
Unacceptable behavior
- Discrimination or harassment of any kind — including sexist, racist, homophobic,
- transphobic, ableist, or otherwise offensive remarks.
- Harassing or bullying others, whether publicly or privately.
- Using sexual language or making unwanted advances.
- Sharing violent or threatening content.
- Insulting, trolling, or personal/political attacks.
- Disrespecting different opinions.
- Sharing private or confidential information without consent.
- Repeatedly disrupting discussions.
- Supporting or encouraging any of the above behavior.
No unsolicited promotion or outreach
- Unsolicited pitches or mass outreach to members are strictly prohibited.
- Do not misuse questions or posts to promote your product unless invited.
No misuse of contacts
For example: If someone asks, “Does anyone have a contact at XYZ Corp for a video KYC
solution?” — do not treat it as an opportunity to pitch your product unless directly
requested.
Confidentiality and privacy
- Discussions, member information, and content shared in the community are strictly for

Reporting and enforcement
- If you see or experience a violation, raise it to the community admin

- Posts violating the code may be removed.
- Members may face temporary or permanent removal, with or without prior notice.
